Art Bronsord, PT, OCS | Owner

Art graduated from Quinnipiac College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and has extensive training in manual therapies.  He has been practicing in Loudoun County since 1989.  He is certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. Art has successfully managed several outpatient physical therapy clinics. In December 2007, he followed his dreams to own his own private practice and opened State Of The Art Physical Therapy.  He is currently involved with the Northern Virginia Fall Prevention Coalition.  Art resides in the Loudoun County area with his wife Margie.

Sherry Moran, PT, OCS

Sherry Moran has been practicing Physical Therapy since 1992. She graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy in 1992.  She is certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists.  She has a background in neurological rehab, but has focused on the care of patients with orthopedic conditions since moving to Virginia in 1998.  She has taken numerous courses in manual therapy including muscle energy techniques and myofascial release.  Sherry lives in Loudoun County with her husband and two daughters.

 

Roxanne Bryant, MSPT

Roxanne graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.  She has over 20 years of experience working with hospital in-patients and geriatric patients in a rehab setting.  She has taught Pulmonary and Stroke Rehab classes in Santa Monica, CA and has participated on the Northern Virginia Fall Prevention Coalition.  She has completed courses in manual therapy including muscle energy techniques and myofascial release.  She is excited to have joined State Of The Art Physical Therapy in 2017.  Roxanne resides in Loudoun County with her husband and two of their six children.

 

Brian Rouse MSPT, OCS

Brian is a Northern Virginia native who received his BS in Health Sciences and Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.  In over five years of practice, he has also completed certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.  In addition to his specialization in orthopedic Physical Therapy, Brian has studied and implements rehabilitation programs for vestibular/balance disorders.  He lives in Ashburn VA with his wife, Dr. Lynda Ly, who is a pharmacist. 

 

Sandy Guilliano, PT, OCS

Sandy Guilliano PT OCS has been practicing physical therapy for over 17 years, and focusing on women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy for over 4 years.  Sandy is currently directing the women’s health program at State of the Art Physical Therapy in Ashburn, VA.  She has completed numerous courses on pelvic floor physical rehabilitation and obstetric physical therapy, and has worked with prominent leaders in the field of Women’s Health.

Sandy is a board certified orthopedic specialist, and is an active member in the American Physical Therapy Association, the APTA section on Women’s Health and the Virginia Physical Therapy Association.

 

Jennifer Small, DPT, MSPT, OCS, WCS

Dr. Jennifer Small is DC area native with over 20 years of experience in orthopedics and women's health physical therapy.  She has worked in variety of settings primarily in Virginia.  Dr. Small earned her Master of Science in PT and Doctor of PT degrees from the Medical College of Virginia (VCU).

Dr. Small has earned specialist certifications in Women's Health (pelvic floor PT) and Orthopedics.  She has worked alongside her State Of The Art PT (SOTA) colleagues for over 15 years. 

In 2008 Dr. Small opened Core Health LLC, PT for Women, to provide specialty pelvic floor and obstetric physical therapy to women in Northern Virginia.

In 2014 Dr. Small moved to Rome, Italy, With great confidence, she turned over Core Health LLC operations and ownership to her experienced colleague Sandy Guilliano PT, WCS, OCS.  Sandy is the current owner of Core Health LLC.

While in Rome from 2014-2017, Dr. Small established a private PT practice within the U.S. Embassy Health Unit.  She worked directly with embassy and local physicians to provide a much needed service to diplomatic and military personnel stationed in overseas.  She now advises PT's wishing to work overseas within U.S. Embassy communities.

Dr. Small is excited to be back in Virginia and to work alongside her State of the Art PT and Core Health PT for Women colleagues once again.
